On 1-24-2017 Brandon Rutherford was arrested along with Logan George for a residential burglary that both committed on Wayne Ave on the evening of 1-23-2017.

Charges:

On 1-23-2017 the Chambersburg Police Department took a burglary report from a resident on Wayne Ave. Logan George and Brandon Rutherford were developed as suspects in this incident in which several firearms were stolen from the residence. Both were apprehended on Wayne near the Weis Grocery Store.
