On 09/24/2025 at 11:04 hours, CPD was dispatched to Penncraft Ave for a Criminal Trespass. The victim believes someone entered her business through a window in the middle of the night.  The window was found to have smeared handprints on the outside of it. The reporting person advised that the incident would have occurred between 10 pm on 09/23/2025 and 6 am on 09/24/2025. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please contact CPD at 717-264-4131 or submit a tip through Crimewatch.
