On 6/30/2018 at approximately 0113 hours, Chambersburg Police stopped a gray van operated by Carlos Gomez for driving the vehicle without any headlights on during a period of darkness. Upon further investigation, it was found that Gomez was under the influence of alcohol. Gomez was arrest for DUI.
