For the month of January 2022, CPD conducted targeted traffic enforcement in the area of N Franklin St and S Coldbrook Ave after receiving specific complaints from citizens that reside in those areas.  Thousands of vehicles were monitored per week. 30 citations were issued on S Coldbrook Ave.  No citations were issued for the N. Franklin St location.  CPD dedicated over 60 hours of manpower to combat speeding concerns in these locations alone.  CPD would like to thank the large amount of motorists that did in fact obey the speed limit signs keeping our streets safe.
