The Chambersburg Borough Police Chief’s Advisory Committee is coming up on its first anniversary. The committee took the last year to develop its mission statement and set goals for the coming years. Members also attended multiple presentations given by the agency’s officers explaining the capabilities of the Chambersburg Police Department. In the past year committee members attended many community events and included officers in other events. In the near future, the Chief’s Advisory Committee will host several classes for the community, free of charge. The classes will be taught by committee members within their fields of expertise.

The Chief's Advisory Committee Mission Statement:

                Enhancing the relationship between the people of the Chambersburg Community and the Chambersburg Police Department without prejudice, while contributing to a safer community.
