The Chambersburg Police would like to introduce its newest K9 Team, Officer Cody Morris and K9 Drogo. Officer Morris and K9 Drogo recently completed a K9 training academy through Iron Rose K9 located in Boiling Springs, PA. K9 Drogo was purchased with generous donations from the businesses JZ Logistics, Inc and KC Delivery Services, Inc.  The Chambersburg Police Department would like to thank these businesses for their donations as well as other local businesses, organizations and private citizens who have supported the Chambersburg Police K9 Unit since its inception in 1994 . The Chambersburg Police Department would also like to offer thanks to K9s United for their purchase of a patrol harness for K9 Drogo. K9 Drogo replaces K9 Basco who served the department and the citizens of Chambersburg and surrounding area from 2015 until 2021. We wish K9 Basco a happy retirement with his handler PFC John Sgrignoli.
