Arrests

Michael Todd was arrested for retail theft at Giant on Norland Avenue.  Todd failed to pay for merchandise before leaving the store.  The total amount for the theft was $20.46.

Matthew S. Roberts, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of harassment after a threat was made on August 12 at 10:01 a.m. on Viewpoint Way.

Ethan M. Shaffer, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of simple assault after a domestic occurred on August 23 at 10:58 a.m. on S. Potomac Street.

Cynthia K. Baker, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of harassment after an incident was reported to police on August 20 at 9:56 a.m. on Maple Street.

Timothy J. Simmers, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of simple assault and harassment after a domestic occurred on August 15 at 9:05 p.m. on Fairview Avenue.
