Hillary M. Welsh, Waynesboro, has been cited for one count of retail theft after items were reported stolen from a business on February 21 at 9:48 p.m. on W. Main Street.

Eric A. Carpenter and Amy L. Stewart, both of Chambersburg, have been cited for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after police were called for two unwanted subjects at a business on March 3 at 2:38 p.m. on W. Main Street.

Daniel R. Thompson, II, Waynesboro, has been cited for harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; and Summer R. Munoz, Cascade, Maryland, has been cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after a fight occurred on March 19 at 12:55 a.m. on E. Fifth Street.

Deborah A. Farley and Klaus S. Kneeland, both of Waynesboro, have been cited for the borough code Amplified Music Restricted after a disturbance was reported on March 24 at 12:34 a.m. on S. Potomac Street.
