- This is a parent-run group and only for those raising a child(ren) with ASD. Great resource for information regarding education, supports, and services.

- Contact insurance and request to speak with special needs department or care coordination.
- Script will need to come from PCP.
- Insurance will assist with locating an agency. However, HHA are in great demand. May have a long waitlist.
- Handicap Placard
- A lot of individuals with autism will meet the criteria for a handicap placard, due to safety awareness concerns. Application can be located on Penn Dot website. PCP will need to complete a section of the application.
- Toileting needs
- Insurance should cover pull-ups and wipes. PCP will need to write a script and submit to insurance.
