Jacob C. Downin, Waynesboro, was cited for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage consumption after police made contact with him on August 7 at 12:57 a.m. on W. Second Street.

Dalton J. Wetzel, Cyrus M. Baker and Matthew C. Salisbury, all of Waynesboro, were cited for underage consumption; and Nickolaus A. Beaston, Waynesboro, was cited for open container after police made contact with the subjects on August 7 at 11:15 p.m. on S. Church Street.
