WAYNESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT SUMMARY AND JUVENILE ARRESTS

Kenneth E. Degraaf, Waynesboro, has been cited for accidents involving damage to unattended property after a hit and run occurred on January 25 at 10:48 p.m. at E. Fourth Street & Walnut Street.

Demetri A. Manahan and Kaitlyn M. Carson, both of Waynesboro; and two 14-year-old males, two 16-year-old males and two 17-year-old males have been cited for disorderly conduct after a disturbance occurred on January 28 at 3:23 p.m. on Fir Spring Drive.

A 16-year-old male has been charged with one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a disturbance occurred on January 28 at 3:23 p.m. on Fir Spring Drive.

A 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male have been cited for criminal mischief after property was damaged on February 3 at 8:21 a.m. on W. Main Street.
