Albert E. Johnson, Waynesboro, has been cited for theft of services after trash was placed in a dumpster on January 6 at 10:52 a.m. on Memorial Park Drive.

Kierstin M. Dawley and Brandon R. Johnson, both of McConnellsburg, were cited for public drunkenness after police made contact with them on January 7 at 12:28 a.m. on W. Main Street.

A 15-year-old male has been charged with one count each of theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass and criminal mischief; a 13-year-old female has been charged with receiving stolen property; and a 14-year-old male has been cited for criminal trespass after a cell phone was reported stolen on January 8 at 11:03 p.m. from a business on E. Main Street.
