Johnathon M. Kerins, Baltimore, Maryland, has been cited for public drunkenness after an incident occurred on September 17 at 6:39 p.m. on E. Main Street.

A 15-year-old male has been charged with one count each of criminal conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and harassment; and a 16-year-old male has been charged with one count each of robbery, theft by unlawful taking and harassment after an incident occurred on September 19 at 3:11 p.m. at the intersection of Clayton Avenue and E. Second Street.
