John R. Bumbaugh, IV, St. Thomas, was cited for disorderly conduct and Jessica L. Moats, Waynesboro, was cited for harassment after a physical disturbance occurred on January 4 at 11:10 p.m. on Cleveland Avenue.

Roberta K. McFerren, Waynesboro, has been cited for disorderly conduct after a disturbance occurred on January 11 at 5:47 a.m. on Cleveland Avenue.

A 15-year-old male has been charged with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a search warrant was executed on January 14 at 9:13 a.m. on W. North Street.
