Amanda M. Brown, Waynesboro, has been cited for public drunkenness after police made contact with her on July 23 at 1:04 a.m. on S. Potomac Street.

Jeffrey A. Mortberg, Knoxville, Maryland, and Jessica S. Mohler, Cascade, Maryland, were cited for public drunkenness after an incident occurred on July 25 at 4:27 p.m. on Brown Street.

Three 15-year-old males were cited for the borough’s curfew ordinance after police made contact with them on July 27 at 2:10 a.m. on S. Potomac Street.
