At approximately 07:17 a.m. on 24 May 2022 Waynesboro Police responded to 223 North Potomac Street for a report of domestic violence incident with an armed subject in the residence. All resident occupants had evacuated leaving the subject alone within the residence. A perimeter was established and attempts were made to communicate with the subject. The subject would not respond to communication attempts. PSP SERT was contacted and responded. At approximately 11:50a the subject surrendered. 37 years old Christopher Repman was taken into custody without further incident. Repman is currently lodged in Franklin County Jail in lieu of bail.
