* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Adams and Franklin.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1034 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chambersburg, Waynesboro, Greencastle, Guilford, St. Thomas, Carroll Valley, Fayetteville, Wayne Heights, Mont Alto, Mercersburg, Scotland, Rouzerville, Marion, Fort Loudon, Cashtown, Orrtanna, Claylick, State Line, Fairfield and McKnightstown.
