Tamika D. Williams, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and one count each of forgery, identity theft, false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after a traffic stop was conducted on January 17 at 1:46 a.m. at the intersection of W. Third Street and Fairview Avenue.
