Calimer, Waynesboro, has been charged with three counts of accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle/property; two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance; and one count each of reckless driving, careless driving, required financial responsibility, driving vehicle at safe speed and public drunkenness after a hit and run occurred on January 2 at 11:28 p.m. on N. Franklin Street.
