A warrant has been issued for Rebecca A. Baker, Waynesboro, who has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without required financial responsibility, driving with suspended registration, driving unregistered vehicle, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, drivers required to be licensed after a traffic stop was initiated on Welty Road on February 17 at 2:46 p.m.
