WAYNESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT SUMMARY AND JUVENILE ARRESTS

One 15-year-old male has been charged with one count each of robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, possessing instruments of a crime and conspiracy to commit robbery;  one-15-year old male has been charged with one count each of robbery, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit robbery and one 14-year-old male has been charged with one count each of robbery, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit robbery after an incident occurred on May 13 at 3:12 p.m. on W. Third Street.

A 14-year-old male has been charged with one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and a 16-year-old male has been cited for the borough’s curfew ordinance after a traffic stop was conducted on October 18 at 1:46 a.m. on S. Potomac Street.

Jose V. Maldonado Moreno, no fixed address, has been cited for public drunkenness after police received a report of an intoxicated subject on October 21 at 1:24 p.m. on W. Second Street.

A 16-year-old male has been charged with one count each of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief after a bike was reported stolen on October 23 at 11:09 a.m. on E. Second Street.
