On July 17th 2019, police were dispatched to the 300 block of Lincoln Way East for a fight. Samantha Myers, of Chambersburg, was charged for disorderly conduct as a result of the fight.

On 07/06/2019 at 12:32 am Joseph Kneiss was arrested for public drunkenness after CPD officers observed him outside yelling profanities and slamming his fists against a door. Kneiss's blood alcohol concentration was .26%. Kneiss was transported to FCJ to await arraignment.
Michelle D. McNew was charged with Public Drunkenness after she was found passed out on the sidewalk at 8:40 in the morning. A breath sample revealed that McNew's blood alcohol concentration was .348%. McNew was transported via ambulance to the Chambersburg Hospital for treatment.
