On 07/14/2016 CPD units were called to the rear of 184 Southgate mall to investigate two bicycles that were found behind a dumpster. Anyone wishing to claim either of the bicycles is asked to come to the CPD with proof of ownership.
Chance Lee Haldeman was stopped on South Main Street for traffic violations. Haldeman exibited signs of drug impairment and was arrested for DUI. Charges for DUI and driving while operating priveleges are suspended were filed.

A black in color cell phone case containing a black Kyocera cellphone and various identification items were taken from the Red Lobster in the 900 block of Wayne Ave on 7-15-16 bewteen 1930 and 2030hrs. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Department.
