On 08/01/2016, CPD responded to S Main St for a vehicle fire. The vehicle was in motion when it caught fire and the driver was able to safely bring the vehicle to a stop. The fire was extinguished by the Chambersburg Fire Department and other bystanders. No one was injured during the fire.
