On 02/01/2019 at approx. 12:22 am, Brianna Lippert was stopped for a traffic violation on S Main St in the Borough of Chambersburg. Lippert was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and subsequently arrested for DUI.
On 02/08/19 at approximately 2045 hrs, Ralph Scott-Graham was stopped for a traffic violation on Walker Rd. After speaking with Scott-Graham, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently charged with DUI while having a B.A.C. of .16%.
On 01/08/2019 at approx. 1:05 pm, a traffic stop was conducted on David Cohan for a traffic violation. An odor of marijuana was detected from inside the vehicle and Cohan was investigated for DUI. Cohan was found to be under the influence of marijuana and was subsequently arrested.
