In an effort to collaborate better with the community, the Chambersburg Police Department is asking all residents and business with cameras to register with the police department. On 11/16/2016 Chambersburg Police received a report of a semi automatic handgun removed from an unlocked vehicle on the 300 block of E King Street. Anyone with information is asked to call the Chambersburg Police or leave a tip.
