On May 28, 2016 police responded to an incident on E Commerce Street. Upon arrival, contact was made with Johnathan Losh who was found lying on the sidewalk highly intoxicated. Losh was taken into custody and placed in the Franklin County Prison, to await arraignment.
On May 21st, police responded to Grandview Ave, in reference to a vehicle striking a utility pole, then leaving the scene. The driver, Clarence H. Bingaman, was found a short distance away. Bingaman was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Charges:

On 5/31/16 at 2024 Hrs. CPD officers responded to 627 Harrison Dr. to investigate a female threatening another female with a butcher knife and an axe. The investigation resulted in criminal charges of Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct being filed against Maria Perez.
On 5/28/2016 at 0151 hours CPD Units responded to the 500 block of Broad St for a disturbance. Subsequently Katherine Pabon and Peter Jefferson were both cited for Disorderly Conduct.
Hill was charged with Possesion of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia on 05-30-16 at 1204hrs in the 500 block of Lincoln Way East.

Sometime between 2000hrs. on 6/21/16 and 1000hrs. on 6/22/16 a 20" Avigo black and neon green bmx bike and a black and purple MGP VX5 scooter were stolen from 400 block Elm Ave. Both were taken from a side yard.
