On 7/24/17 at approximately 1430hrs. a juvenile was apprehended at 220 E. McKinley St. for an active warrant out of Washington County, Md. The juvenile also had a warrant for absconding from a juvenile detention halfway house in Baltimore, Md.

Police responded to a single vehicle accident, at the Chambersburg Hospital's parking lot. The driver, Deborah Cutler, was found highly intoxicated and subsequently charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Police were notified, by Franklin County Adult Probation Officers, that during their routine duties they found Jennifer Walker in possession of a controlled substance. Chambersburg Police filed additional charges against Walker, who was turned back over to Adult Probation.
