On Monday, 05/30/16 a CPD unit conducted a traffic stop near the 1100 block of Hollywell Ave. The driver of the vehicle, Terrance O'Bryan was taken into custody driving under the influence. Charges were filed against Bryant for driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
On 6-10-16 at approximately 0053 hrs, a traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Broad St. During the investigation a passenger in the vehicle, Arkell R. Dennis, was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. He was subsequently arrested with charges being filed through the District Court.
