In an effort to collaborate better with the community, the Chambersburg Police Department is asking all residents and business with cameras to register with the police department. On 05/06/2017 at approximately 0150 hours, Chambersburg Police stopped Peguero on Lincoln Way West after some traffic violations. Peguero was found to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested for DUI with a BAC of .17% and Driving Without a Valid License.
