On 10-5-18, a CPD Officer stopped a dark green Isuzu Rodeo after it was observed being operated with no registration plate displayed. The operator, Hollie Bigler, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Her blood alcohol concentration was 0.14%.

On 09/27/18, Tina Spriggs was operating her vehicle on Industrial Dr when she nearly hit another motorist. She was followed to Buchanan St where she stopped in the middle of the road. Spriggs was found to be highly intoxicated and taken into custody for DUI.
On 10/8/18 CPD units responded to the area of 993 Wayne Ave for a trespassing violation. After further investigation, it was determined Harley Bacon trespassed on this property after being given a no trespassing notice. Bacon was charged for one count of defiant trespass.
On 10/4/18 CPD units responded to the area of Water St for a male calling 911. After further investigation, it was determined that Miguel Perez was under the influence of alcohol and a danger to himself out in public. Perez was arrested and cited for one count of Public Drunkenness.
On 9/29/18 CPD took a report of an erratic driver. Once the vehicle was stopped, it was determined the operator Vera Jackson was under the influence of alcohol. Jackson was arrested for one count of DUI.
