Rivera removed a cell phone from a table in a business on Wayne Ave and concealed it on her person. The cell phone belonged to the owner of the business. Rivera is now wanted for Theft by unlawful taking. Anyone with information on Rivera's location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept. or leave a tip on Crime watch.
