Biggs, Juan Mario

Biggs is wanted for Theft by Deception after he returned a stolen item to the store using a fraudulent receipt and obtained money back for that item.  Biggs is also Wanted for Retail Theft after he concealed multiple items in a box and then proceeded to leave the store without paying.  The total value of the items was over $4500.00.  Anyone with information on Biggs location is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police Dept.
