On January 24, 2021 at 3:50 P.M. the Chambersburg Police were dispatched to the 400 block of E Queen St for a traffic accident involving three vehicles. Multiple patients were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The roadway was closed for a short period of time during the investigation but is now reopened. While officers were on scene a second crash occurred at the intersection of S Second St at E Queen St. The Chambersburg Police Department would like to thank the Pennsylvania State Police Chambersburg Barracks for their assistance with the second crash while officers were investigating the first crash.
