On 1/05/2023, CPD took a report of theft from a motor vehicle. The victim's car was parked in the 700 block of Cumberland Avenue from approximately 7:30pm to 9:30am on 1/04/2023. During that time, unknown individual(s) entered the vehicle and removed the victim's driver's license, a debit card, approximately $300 dollars in cash and a $40 dollar Starbucks gift card.
