On January 6, 2020 at 4:00 PM the Chambersburg Police responded to a pedestrian crash at 258 Philadelphia Ave. When police arrived they found Bryan Pettit seated on the sidewalk. Pettit had just been struck by a vehicle, driven by Anthony Keefer Sr., and had visible injuries. Pettit was transported to the hospital for treatment. This crash is still under investigation. Philadelphia Ave. is open to all traffic. Anyone who may have witnessed this crash is asked to contact the Chambersburg Police by calling 717-264-4131 or leaving a tip on Crime Watch.
