On 1/16/2021 at approximately 1632, CPD units were dispatched to the 400 block of N Second Street for a package theft. The victim stated he recived verification a package was delivered to his residence this date, but when he arrived home there was no package. The victim also indicated he had a package stolen in December. The stolen items were a pair of men's house slippers and a bottle of cologne.
