On Friday, 07/15/16 at approximately 0648 hrs it was reported that a disorderly incident occurred in the 1100 block of Progress Rd. A vehicle in the 1100 block of Progress Rd was covered in flour by unknown suspect(s). The incident occurred between the hours of 2230 hrs on 07/14/16-0630 hrs on 07/15/16.
