UPDATE: Some phone lines into the Emergency Communication center are beginning to work. However, citizens may still have issues. Citizens that experience problems with calls for service or 911 calls are again reminded that text to 9-1-1 is an option. The text to 9-1-1 should only be used for true emergencies. Please be patient while the phone companies work through these issues.
