On 08/19/18, CPD units were dispatched to the unit block of Garber St for a report of shots fired. After further investigation, Kwone Ray Whirley was identified as an individual who was directly involved. On 08/22/18, Whirley was taken into custody and charges were filed for (1) count Person not to Possess a Firearm (F2), (1) count Terroristic Threats, (1) count Simple Assault. Whirley was subsequently transported to the Franklin County Jail.
