On 11/25/18, CPD officers responded to 1 Monticello Ct for an unwanted subject. After further investigation, it was determined Michael Sepesy was under the influence of alcohol to the point he was a danger to himself in public. Sepesy was placed under arrest and charged with one count of public drunkenness.
