On 5/8/2022 at approximately 0234 hours, CPD was dispatched to the 500 block of Hood Street for a disturbance. During the investigation Tatjana Scott was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and continued to annoy and disturb neighbors in the area by causing loud noises and screaming. Scott refused officer's orders to return to her residence and after extended opportunities to diffuse the situation, Scott was arrested for public drunk and transported to Franklin County Jail.
