On 1/18/2023 at approximately 1154 hours, Chambersburg Police responded to the intersection of W Loudon St and S Franklin St for a reported hit and run vehicle accident. Through an investigation, it was determined Jose Peralta was the operator of the fleeing vehicle and subsequently charged.
