On 4/30/22 at 0016 hours, Chambersburg Police received a report of an intoxicated subject operating a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer. Police located the vehicle at 1391 South Main Street. The operator, Mary Payne, was found to be intoxicated. Payne was charged with DUI after police received the lab report showing that Payne's blood alcohol concentration was 0.225%.
