On June 4th 2022 at approximately 9:00 PM, the Chambersburg Police Department responded to S Second St at E Washington St for a motor vehicle accident. It was determined that a vehicle operated by Felipe-Morales struck a parked car. Felipe-Morales fled the scene on foot after his vehicle became disabled. Felipe-Morales was located and taken into custody for DUI. Felipe-Morales was charged with DUI, Accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle/property, Drivers required to be licensed, and Required financial responsibility.
