On 01/18/2023 at approximately 0943 hours, Chambersburg Police responded to the parking lot of BJ's Wholesale for a hit and run vehicle accident to an unattended vehicle. Through investigation with the cameras nearby, the suspect was identified as Flora Daniel. Daniel was cited for this violation.
