On 01/09/2021 Chambersburg Police were dispatched to the area of E Queen St / S Fourth St for a report of an erratic driver. Upon arriving in the area, a green Jeep was observed committing several traffic violations. A traffic stop was completed on the vehicle and the driver, Jazmyn Chacon, was taken into custody and charged with Driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance.
