On December 27, 2020 at approximately 8:01 P.M. the Chambersburg Police were dispatched to 993 Wayne Ave for a check the area. The caller reported that a female operating a vehicle appeared intoxicated. Officers located the vehicle and observed unsafe driving behavior. A traffic stop was conducted and the investigation revealed Amy Buckus was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed against Amy for Driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance and Driving on roadways laned for traffic.
