On 3/22/2021 at approximately 1537 hours, CPD units were dispatched to Clarion Inn at 1123 Lincoln Way East for a fight. Upon entering the hotel, CPD units observed a broken window to an entrance. A victim had a visible cut and welt on left side of their face. Katherine Baker and her boyfriend, Kobe Toney, were told to leave the premises and a verbal argument escalated into a physical fight in the hall way of the inn. After being escorted out of the hotel by staff, Baker walked to the side parking area and kicked an entry door, shattering and breaking the glass.
