On 1/11/20 at 0308 hours, Chambersburg Police observed a vehicle fail to stop for the red light on South Second Street at East Queen Street. This vehicle was stopped and the operator, Max Mercado-Marrero was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Mercado-Marrero was charged with DUI.
