Madeline Anson was arrested for retail theft after she was caught stealing food items from Sheetz. Anson failed to pay for a pack of Combos, a Mountain Dew and a Nerds Candy snack. The total value of items was $7.29.

Christopher Scott VanHorn, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, disorderly conduct and restriction on alcoholic beverages after police contact was made on January 15 at 1:37 a.m. on W. Main Street.
Sarah Lynn Calimer, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after police contact was made on January 11 at 1:57 p.m. on W. Third Street.
Robert Joseph Robinson, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana after police contact was made on January 11 at 1:18 p.m. on W. Third Street.
Mary Caitlin Everett, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked after police contact was made on January 11 at 1:18 p.m. on W. Third Street.

Michael P. Moran, Jr., Waynesboro, has been charged with driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after a traffic stop was conducted on August 7 at 1:42 p.m. on N. Grant Street.
On 08/02/2018 at approx. 2131, Luis Avila-Munguia was stopped by CPD for multiple traffic violations. Avila-Munguia showed signs of impairment of an alcoholic beverage. Avila-Munguia was subsequently arrested for DUI. Avila-Munguia was committed to the Franklin County Jail.
On 08/22/2018, CPD units were dispatched to Giant on Wayne Ave. Witnesses observed a female enter into a vehicle and remove a bookbag valued at $30. The female was identified as Rachel Brodbeck, from photographs taken by the victim. Brodbeck was later arrested for theft from a motor vehicle.
Michael B. Golden, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a vehicle was reported to be damaged on August 1 at 9:39 p.m. on N. Potomac Street.
On 08/27/18 Tracey Ann Janes was arrested and charged with Retail Theft for an incident that occurred at Kohl's.

On Friday, 9-15-17, a Patriot Federal Credit Union Visa debit card was found and turned into the Chambersburg Police Department. The debit card was left in the ATM machine located at 800 Wayne Ave. The owner of the card may claim it at the Chambersburg Police Department with proof of ownership.
